2. What data we process

• Order data — name or company name, registration and VAT number, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address, the items ordered and payment information.
• Enquiry data — e-mail address, name, phone and the content of your message, if you use the part enquiry form, the price request form, or write to us by e-mail.
• Technical data — the cookies the shop needs in order to work (session, shopping cart).
• Visit statistics — aggregated data on how many people visit the site and which pages are viewed, used to improve the shop. Visitors are counted using an irreversible code whose secret part is changed every 24 hours, so records cannot be linked to a specific person. IP addresses, cookies and other identifiers are not stored.
• Search statistics — the part numbers entered in the shop are collected in aggregate form to improve the range we carry. These records do not contain IP addresses or other identifiers and cannot be linked to a specific person.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Fulfilling orders, delivery and invoicing — performance of a contract.
• Answering enquiries and communicating about an order — performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
• Meeting accounting and tax requirements — legal obligation.
• Improving the product range and the website (aggregated statistics) — legitimate interest.

4. Retention period

Order and accounting documents are kept for 5 years, as required by law. Correspondence about enquiries is kept for up to 2 years. Once the period expires the data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients of data

Data is shared only as far as it is needed to fulfil an order: with delivery service providers, with our accounting service provider, and with the bank for payment processing. Data is not sold to third parties and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

6. Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies — session and shopping-cart cookies, without which the shop cannot function. No marketing, profiling or third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data; request its correction or erasure; restrict processing or object to it; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).

8. Data security

The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to personal data is limited to those employees who need it to carry out their duties.

9. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
